PENGARUH KELELAHAN ANAEROBIK TERHADAP PARAMETER KINEMATIKA PADA TEKNIK TENDANGAN SHOOTING FUTSAL

Abstract

 Anaerobic fatigue is fatigue caused by high intensity activities and rapid energy use in a short time, in accordance with the characteristics of the game of futsal. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of fatigue after being given an anaerobic endurance test on shooting kick techniques in futsal players. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sample consisted of 14 male athletes from SMA 1 PARONGPONG School. The instruments in this study were a lactic acid level measuring tool, RAST (Running Anaerobic Sprint Test), shooting test, camera, Kinovea software version 0.9.4, and SPSS version 26.0. The kinematic parameters observed in this study include joint angles and hip joint speed, knee joint speed and ankle joint speed. The test results showed that there were significant differences before and after fatigue in the parameters measured, including: lactic acid levels; 0.00 < 0.05. ; hip stance sig 0.029 < 0.05; knee stance sig 0.029 < 0.05; plantar stance sig 0.020 < 0.05; hip impact 0.014 < 0.05; knee impact 0.040 < 0.05; plantar impact 0.014 < 0.05; velocity hip sig 0.007 < 0.05 velocity knee sig 0.0027 < 0.05;. Thus, athletes must train to increase their anaerobic threshold ability so that athletes are able to maintain kicking technique during the match.
