HUBUNGAN KELENTUKAN TOGOK DENGAN KEMAMPUAN HEADING SEPAK BOLA

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between togok flexibility and football heading ability. The population in this study was the entire research target, namely all members of the Karang Taruna Kaleroang Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique where the entire Karang Taruna of Kaleroang Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency was taken as the research sample, namely 20 people. The test instrument used to measure togok flexibility is the shoulder elevation test, while to measure heading ability, the heading ability test. Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS version 26, it was obtained that the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.824 with determination (r2) = 0.67 or 67%, while 33% was influenced by other elements of physical conditions such as accuracy, strength, coordination. These results indicate that heading ability is supported by the flexibility of the togok by 67%. Next, the significant value = 0.000. Because the significant value = 0.000 < 0.05, this research can be concluded that there is a relationship between togok flexibility and football heading ability
